For Sixes to watch for

Sixes are responsible and egalitarian, dutiful hard workers who often hold groups together and are capable of doing what is required to move things forward, being both able to follow others but also to lead if necessary. Because Sixes suffer from anxiety they are attracted to frameworks and structures and systems as they give them a sense of security. However their anxiety can make them highly nervous and reactive - at one moment terrified of asserting themselves and the next over-asserting themselves out of panic. So there is a push/pull dynamic at play. A desire for independence rubs up against a fear of it and if they feel threatened their behaviour can become contradictory and unpredictable. The normally supportive Six can become suspicious and paranoid, lashing out and railing against the very structures and systems they have subscribed to, undermining people and scapegoating them. This can cause others to not know where they stand and to feel insecure as they become unsure what to expect from the Six or what the Six expects of them. As a result the Six has created anxiety and insecurity around them - the opposite of what they want in life.
