The Professional

The Three with a Four wing has been called 'The Professional'. This is a complex mix as the character of the Three and the Four are somewhat at odds with each other. The Three is an interpersonal Type whereas the Four withdraws from other people. As a result there is less focus on social skills in this subtype and more concentration on work, achievement and gaining recognition. Because they are more task-driven, they are generally more serious than the other subtype and often work very hard at developing their craft or skills. The Four wing also adds a degree of self-awareness and intuition which means that healthy people of this subtype are more likely to engage in self-development than the Three with a Two wing. Depending on how strong the Four wing is, they can be creatively talented, often having an aesthetic sensibility and a strong sense of style. The self-assurance of the Three together with a willingness to develop their talents and themselves means that they can become outstanding in whatever field they choose to work in.
