Admirable Ones

Ones, because of their strong moral compass, values and commitment to justice and fairness, are easy to admire because they are able to take the high road even if it may be at great personal cost to themselves or those close to them. There can be something sacred in the One's commitment to 'doing the right thing'. So it's not difficult to find Ones to admire but here goes:-

Nelson Mandela - for his ability to forgive (this is the big one. How many of us forgive those who have wronged us?) and bring a country together and a whole world behind him.

Gandhi - for his commitment to nonviolent resistance and the championing of freedom and civil rights.

Michelle Obama - for being an outstanding example of her own words 'when they go low, we go high' and for inspiring everyone with her honesty.
